Frequently Asked Questions
If your question is not here, feel free to contact us directly.
01 What documents do I need to set up a company?
It depends on the legal form. For a sole proprietorship, identity and business premises documents are enough; limited and joint-stock companies additionally need articles of association, shareholder and director details, and capital documents. We prepare a checklist tailored to you at our first meeting.
02 Should I set up a sole proprietorship or a limited company?
It depends on expected profit, number of partners, liability and growth plans. A sole proprietor’s profit is subject to progressive income tax, while a company pays corporate tax at a flat rate. We compare both options using your own figures and choose the right structure together.
03 I want to change my accountant. How does it work?
We plan every step on your behalf, including the handover of books and documents and the transfer of authorisations in the tax and social security systems. The transition is managed without disrupting any filing period.
04 How can I send you my documents?
You can email them to muhasebe@erkanilik.com, send them via our WhatsApp line, or bring them to our office.
05 Do you work with clients abroad or foreign-owned companies?
Yes. We serve clients in Türkiye and abroad, supporting foreign-owned companies with formation, tax registration and ongoing financial processes — most of which can be handled digitally.
06 Can I benefit from state incentives?
Depending on your sector, size and investment plans, we assess your eligibility for KOSGEB and other support programmes and stay with you through application and follow-up.
07 What are your fees?
Under professional regulations, fees are set according to the minimum fee schedule published by TÜRMOB and the scope of the work. Due to the advertising ban, prices are not published on our website; we will be happy to inform you at our meeting.
